A few minutes: download the app (Mac, iPhone, or Chrome), sign in (at supported schools that is just your school Google account), then authorize Listo to read your Canvas account. After that, your courses, assignments, and grades show up automatically.
No, and that's on purpose. The built-in homework helper guides you through hard material with questions and hints, like a tutor would, but it won't write your essay or solve your problem set. You still do the work. Listo just makes it less chaotic.
Parents see how things are going: current grades, recent teacher feedback, whether anything is missing, and a daily plain-language overview. They don't see every task the student completed or skipped, and they never see the student's conversations with the homework helper. Parent access is read-only and always visible to the student.
Right now Listo works with Canvas. Support for other school systems is on the roadmap. Write to us and we'll let you know when we add yours.
You can cancel anytime, with no long-term commitment. To delete your account and data, email hello@studywithlisto.com and we'll confirm and take care of it. Details on what deletion covers are on the privacy page.
Yes. Listo is bilingual. The full product works in English and Spanish (Latin American Spanish). And everyone picks their own language: a student can use Listo in English while their parent sees everything (the dashboard, notifications, daily summaries) in Spanish, or the other way around. Plans, notifications, and the homework helper follow each person's own setting.
